Accommodation – Beachy Head Holiday Cottages are located in the picturesque village of East Dean, winner of several Best Kept Village awards. Beachy Head Holiday Cottages offer guests a comfortable and elegant place to stay in a stunning location. There are eight cottages in total. Each cottage has been lovingly converted from farm buildings using traditional materials such as flint and oak, and decorated to an extremely high standard. The cottages vary in size, sleeping between two and six people.
All cottages are equipped with a microwave, hob, and cooker, gas central heating, wi-fi, and tv/dvd/Freesat. Linen and towels are provided. Most have dishwashers. There is a separate laundry. Dogs are welcome. Babysitting is available by arrangement.
Beachy Barn can seat up to sixteen in the open plan kitchen/diner and so is ideal when used in conjunction with some of the smaller cottages for family gatherings, wedding parties etc.
The three most recently finished cottages are located within the walls of the restored Victorian Walled Garden. This is a sheltered and tranquil spot with views of the Downs. Guests are not only welcome to sit and enjoy the view. They are also encouraged to explore the trees and plants in the company of gardener Mark Procter. Notice boards at the entrances to the Garden provide recipe suggestions for using the produce currently in season, which is marked out so that guests can help themselves to herbs, vegetables and fruit when they are ready to be picked.
