Felt really safe on the boat... read more and it was suitable for our group of two families with kids aged 7 to 15. Trip was a nice length too. Wrap up really warm, even when sunny. Was glad I took binoculars to have a better look at the seals.

7th May 2024 - Magnificent Trip & Great Value for Money - I booked the Rye Bay Seal Safari to help celebrate my (Xmas) weekend with my sons and their partners. We were greeted by Will who clearly explained our itinerary and... read more we set off. The weather was perfect, we bounced out, some 8 miles or so up the coast and managed to see Seals swimming around our Rib. After 15/20 mins, we set off back to base at Rye Harbour. The 'party' all had a magnificent time - Will was informative and a great host and provided great value for money. I would thoroughly recommend this trip.

A bumpy ride out to seal bay but so much fun and totally what we expected given this is a... read more rib tour - our 15 year old sat up front with Captain Will and 11 year old was at the back with her dad - the giggles and screams of joy coming from her direction was a delight and they both said this was the best thing we had done on our little mini break to camber sands! Yes it is a little expensive but well worth every penny to see the seals in their natural habitat, coupled with a thrilling ride there and back. Would highly recommend!

We all loved sitting and watching the seals playing,... read more sleeping and popping up all over the place. We couldn’t believe how many there were and how close some of the more curious ones came to the boat. There is definitely nothing better than watching wildlife in its natural habitat. The twenty minutes watching the seals went far too quickly, we could have watched them all day but would definitely have loved some more time. I would highly recommend this trip but make sure you follow the advice to wrap up warm for the boat trip particularly if you go in October!!!

2nd October 2023 - JanT435 Five of us went on the Seal Safari (4 adults and a 6 year old). Skipper Will was lovely and kept checking we were all ok as we rode the... read more waves. It was great fun and we were lucky to see 20 or 30 seals bobbing about in the bay. The baby seals were so cute and had no fear of us. I would definitely recommend this trip. It was very professionally run from the booking stage right through to climbing off the boat at the end. Thank you Will. You made it a memorable day.
10th July 2023 - katharinedoll Brilliant boat trip. - Really exciting boat ride out to the bay. Saw lots of seals which was both fascinating. Amazing coastline, very pretty. Fast, exhilarating trip back to Rye Harbour. Great fun.
