Ramsgate Marina

Ramsgate Marina (Royal Harbour Marina) Located on the North East Kent Coast this port is located right in the centre of the town.  Accessible at any tide without the need for locks.  The town has a “strip” of bars and restaurants  on the sea front over looking the main Harbour.

Trips from Ramsgate can include heading out to the Goodwin sands. On Spring low tides these sand bars, miles long appear in the channel a few miles outside Ramsgate. Great for a kitesurf or just a game of cricket in the middle of the channel.

The Thanet Windfarm is also very close with it 110 massive wind turbines rising from the sea it is a must visit.
